Nutri Ninja BN701 vs BL610 personal blenders are the two models that cannot turn into food processors just by attaching accessories like other Ninja blenders.
However, they have been indispensable tools for every kitchen corner due to the versatile features, modern design, and smart technology.
Both blenders provide several identical points in capacity and features; regardless, their design, speed, and power are rather distinctive. This table below will help you grasp the most general details of two blenders. Let’s get started!
Table could not be displayed. While Ninja BN701 vs BL610 are both one of most budget-saving devices for you to take a bet, there are still certain differential points that orient your consuming intention.
For the record, you will behold at the BN701 a wide range of almost feasible features that can be seen in other leading models in the market. The list includes several preset modes, preset speeds, large capacity,… to name a few.
So, here comes the good news for most home cooks who are searching for a versatile blender with a fair price shot and not yet having the urge for a top-notch competence: The showcase of BN701 is truly the one to serve you the ultimate all-rounded experience.
What’s about the BL610? We have to say, neither the quality nor blending options, its bargain-counter cost is indeed what will impress you at the close.
Saying so means such a machine would be a great fit for those who are in need of the easiest on the pocket book. And of course, going for it also implies that you have to accept the inconveniences packed with its midway construction in the meantime.

Comparison between Ninja BN701 vs BL610
Design
SharkNinja BN701 is the only model of the Ninja Professional Plus Blender with the Auto-iQ series. This kitchen appliance has a stealthy black finish and a curvy stainless-steel plastic cover that provides customers and their kitchens an elegant and straightforward gadget.
At first glance, BN701’s construction is very sturdy but not bulky. Its dimensions are 18 x 12.5 x 11.5 inches, suitable to be put anywhere on the kitchen counter or in the storage.
Instead of having suction cups that hold the machine tightly to the countertop, this 11.3-pound device provides four short rubber legs. This feature will prevent slippage during operation, allowing users to blend tougher ingredients.
The panel control arrangement is one of my favorite points from Nutri Ninja BN701. The blender has three programmed modes of smoothies, ice crush, ice cream, and an on/off button on the Ninja blender’s top left corner.
Each of the presets is marked with a small icon, making it utmost user-friendly. Even someone not used to cooking won’t have any trouble operating the machine for the first time.
Below these icons are the four-speed settings from low to high and a pulse button. Simply hold your finger to the pulse button and release it when the blending reaches your desired texture. As for the other speed modes, you don’t have to hold it for too long.
As for the BL610, a simpler model of the Ninja Professional Blender 1000 series, this gadget does not have an Auto-iQ smart program.
In other words, presets are not available in this model. Buyers who purchase this machine can only adjust the three speeds and choose a pulse function.
However, I admit that this blender is very stylish, with the LED lights shining above every active button. The manufacturer surrounds the blender control panel with a metal finish, bringing customers a clean and clear process while blending and crushing items.
The BL610 personal blender’s other good point is its smaller dimensions and lighter weight. Only 7.1 pounds and 9.5 x 7.5 x 17 inches, this Nutri Ninja device can be stored in any cabinet and countertop without taking up too much space. It’s also ideal to bring it along to camping trips or parties.
When selecting the winner for this round, I prefer the Ninja BN701 kitchen system blender over the BL610. The sleek silhouette design and presets are the two main reasons for my decision.
Wattages and Capacity
Surprisingly, the Nutri Ninja BL610 with a smaller watt motor base costs the same as the very powerful blender BN701.
Despite BN701’s elegant and luxurious look, its motor power offers 1400 watts while its counterpart has a 1000-watt base. An engine with higher wattages can grind faster and harder ingredients. Due to this, many customers only focus on the watt numbers to determine their blenders.
Unlike other Ninja blender models with at least four to five containers and attachments, these two models are provided with only one 72 oz pitcher. They don’t have food processor attachments like the BL770 or BL771 blenders.
Regardless, most people prefer fewer attachments since they can save a large amount of money to purchase other accessories.
Besides, an XL size container of 72 oz is enough to crush ice, blend healthy smoothies, mix cookie dough, extract nutrients drink, frozen fruit, and so on.
The choice is up to you. But for me, I would love to have a BN701 Ninja as one of my kitchen systems.
Cleanup and Noise
Cleaning any of these two models is a hassle-free process. They offer dishwasher safe parts that are going to save you tons of time. Simply toss the blades, containers, and lids into the dishwasher, and the machine will do its job for you!
When it comes to the sound level, it’s expected that the Ninja BN701 Professional Plus Blender model will be loud. It produces approximately 100 decibels even when the ingredients are soft fruits or hard ice.
On the other hand, the BL610 gadget motor base is less powerful, therefore, producing less noise.
Noise, for some people, is an essential factor that decides everything about a product. If you are in the same boat with this statement, it would be wiser if you choose a quieter machine – BL610 personal blender.
Otherwise, there are also multiple ways to reduce the loudness of BN701 in case it is still the one of your insistence!
