Vitamix A2500 vs 7500: Do Not Reluctant And Buy…

Vitamix A2500 vs 7500

Vitamix A2500 vs 7500 are the two notable models from the Ascent and G-series. The Ascent is known as the series that brings out the most advanced-technology blenders in the market, while the G-series is more of the classic model that spans generations.  They have many similarities, but I’m here to choose the more outstanding blender out of the two.

So, let’s get ahead and have a look!

Comparison between Vitamix A2500 vs 7500

Design

Talking about the aesthetic value, the Ascent model – Vitamix A2500 has more of that sleek silhouette design. This is due to the wide matt control panel with a big friendly speed button in the middle. The construction, especially the corner and the pulse feature of the blender, is precise and smooth.

As expected from the Ascent series, this model comes up with a digital timer on the panel, giving more of an advanced technology vibe. A2500 blender has a suitable size of 11x8x17 inches and an approximate weight of 12 lbs. You can freely choose the color you want based on four available options: black, red, slate, and white.

On the other hand, the 7500 model looks more compact and classic even though it has a heavier weight and larger dimensions. With 17.5” tall, 9.4” wide,  7.7” deep, and 6 ft cord long, 7500 blender prefers to have stayed in one corner of your kitchen, unmoved.

Without a digital timer, Vitamix 7500 only has a small control button surrounded by numbers, which labeled variable speed for the blending. Its color is limited to only 3 options.

Personally, I would go for Vitamix A2500. It’s the most advanced technology series for the brand, and it has a lighter weight, more choices of color, and mostly it has a programmable timer.

Capacity and Cleanup

Congratulations if you have a big family with members of up to 8 people because Vitamix 7500 vs A2500 will satisfy all your needs. Both of our blenders come with a low-profile 64 oz container and powerful 2.2 peak HP motors that can store and chops a large amount of ingredients.

One of the things that makes Vitamix A2500 stand out from its competitor is the SELF-DETECT technology. You can simply replace the 64oz container for any other size, and the machine will automatically read the container and adjust the blend times. This feature does not apply to Vitamix 7500, and you will have to count the time manually.

The cleaning process for the Vitamix A2500 model is much convenient and fast. It’s dishwasher safe; therefore, users only have to throw it in the dishwasher and let it do its job. With Vitamix 7500, users will have to scrape the bottom and corner inside the corner where food can get stuck. It’s time-consuming and not a wise choice for busy people.

Due to all of these, the blender of the Ascent series is the winner.

Noise

Vitamix claims that their Ascent models come with only a 78-88 dB of noise level, which is less than the Vitamix 7500. However, other customers claim that both models are noisy, like standard blenders. Compared with different brand models, such as e320, Vitamix 7500 blender is 40% less noisy. However, Vitamix 7500 vs A2500 have the same noise level, and it’s hard to differentiate them.

This round is a tie.

Additional Features

Let me ask you a question. Why do you need a blender? To kick off your morning with a smoothie or to make a quick nutrition soup for your children? Whatever purposes there are, you can quickly turn your ingredients into what you want by simply touching a preset.

The Vitamix A2500 is equipped with a program setting for smoothies, hot soups, and frozen desserts. These presets help users save time but still be able to create consistent results. So instead of standing beside the blender all the time, you can walk around preparing for other things and let the blender do its job.

As a morning person who lives alone, I prefer to have my smoothies made while I go out for a quick running exercise. In this way, I won’t have to prepare the smoothies before or after doing exercises. Can you imagine how much time it save up? I’m so glad to have Vitamix A2500 as my ultimate choice!
